Chris is the team leader of the group. A realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, PenFed Realty, with over 250 transactions since 2011, and over $100,000,000.00 in sales. Also a volunteer EMT/Fire-Fighter in Bethesda, and a Classical Vocalist, his move into real estate allowed him to continue to serve the public, and help people find their dream homes.

Johnny Flamish
John is a seasoned senior inspector, having delivered over 2,000 home inspections. A retired A Class builder, he also has a background in commercial real estate lending. John personally renovated/restored a 156-year-old Victorian home outside of Philadelphia and loves old houses as well as new construction. John and his wife, Paula, reside in Ashburn, VA where his daughter is a high-level high school volleyball player. John is also a former member of the highly competitive US National Rugby Team.
